Original title, huh? This will be the origination, the genesis, the beginning (I’ll have to think of more synonyms) of a diary of sorts. I’ve never really been able to capture my thoughts and at 41 I’ve had a few. I guess I need to start by putting some facts on the table about my life.
I was born in a podunk, lower Alabama Florida city and spent my early years learning the ropes of “street life” in this relatively small navy town. Unfortunately for me, I grew to dislike the navy transients and thus grew to go a different direction than serving my country. The “unfortunately” part is that I found myself really enjoying flying when I was granted a Single Engine Land pilot’s license by the FAA in 1995. I could have potentially been a kick butt pilot and be living an interesting life as a commercial pilot at this point in my life. What makes this palatable is the fact that the past is the past and I’m now living my dream as a husband and father with an awesome wife and a great life.
Well I’m going to stop this dissertation for now and start updating what happens with me on a personal level, my work on a professional level, and what I love best.
